A little bit about me


Hi, I’m Lena Fischer - counsellor, lifelong listener, and someone who genuinely believes in the power of small, honest conversations to create big change.

I didn’t arrive at counselling by accident. Like many people, I’ve been through times in my life where things felt messy, uncertain, or overwhelming. What made the difference for me wasn’t advice or quick fixes - it was feeling truly heard, without judgment. That’s what I now aim to offer my clients: a space where you can exhale, speak freely, and start making sense of what’s going on inside.

My work is person-centred, client-led and integrative, meaning I draw from different approaches (like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based tools) depending on what suits you best. Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to explore what matters most to you—at your pace.

Clients often describe me as calm, warm, and easy to talk to. I’m not here to analyze or fix you - I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever you’re facing, with empathy, curiosity, and respect.

Outside of sessions, I’m a big believer in morning walks, hot chocolate, and the magic of being in nature (especially on the beach). I also love cooking, finding treasures at the thrift store, and spending time with the people I love.
